Launch Night Live

This month we had 6 or so churches sign up to be a part of Launch Night Live. This is an event that Youth Alive has nationally been working together on as a resource for churches. Essentially it's a boxed event that allows space for students to pray and plan about saying yes to God's call to reach the campus and community. 

Rich and I traveled to the University of Valley Forge in Pennsylvania to be a part. We loved connecting more with other Youth Alive missionaries and working together on a project. I'm excited to hopefully have even more districts partner together on this event and to be able to provide a super practical resource to churches. 

The speaker for LNL was John Zick (aka, the Called guy) and I think that was a super encouraging aspect. John's statement was that every 'Called' student should be a part of Youth Alive. There's such a great spiritual need in America. It's too easy for us to feel as though the need is elsewhere, but really it's all around us. If students were equipped and released to use the gifts God as given them, and encouraged to start saying yes to their calling now... Just imagine what a tremendous impact that could have on the campus.
