Our Jesus Clubs Friends

Amongst other things, this month we were incredibly grateful and excited to head to Dallas, TX and finally meet our friends from Jesus Clubs in person! How it all ended up happening is sort of a long story, but basically a really amazing pastor that was in my masters cohort at Northwest University was connected to the couple involved in running Jesus Clubs and GenZforJesus. Then Tualatin, Oregon Kingdom Builders paid to send Rich and I to meet them and find out more about their club model and their methodology of campus ministry as we are planning and planting Youth Alive here in Wyoming. 

I would absolutely be remiss if I didn't take anoment to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Kingdom Builders and Jesus Club for sowing into the ministry of Youth Alive. 

Jesus Clubs are really doing groundbreaking work equipping students to reach their campus by providing top of the line resources and social media content. They're also just incredibly amazing people who truly value community over competition. I can't state enough how incredibly generous they've been with their resources and training - while we were in Dallas and continuing! They're a valuable ally in the mission to reach students with the hope of the Gospel. 

We also were a part of the Speed the Light 5k in Wheatland, WY which was my first ever 5k and for an amazing cause. I also made it over to the Wyoming women's conference and was excited to be a part of that.
